ALL PRODUCTS ARE UNIQUE: All of our toys are lovingly and uniquely hand-made. Please allow for some slight variations in your toy.

All of our items are 100% guaranteed.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Money Order, Cashier's Check. Checks should be mailed to:

STATE TAXES: Cavalier Products, Inc., is incorporated in the State of Washington. Sales tax is charged for a Washington State delivery address.

SHIPPING: US and Canada, via USPS Parcel Post. We also ship to Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

SHIPPING FEES: Actual shipping plus a small handling fee, unless otherwise stated. Insurance and delivery confirmation are not included.

DELIVERY: While we try to ship within one business day of receiving payment (except weekends and holidays) we may not be able to ship right away, either because we have parts on back-order, or because we are hand-making your item. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. If you need your items sooner, please let us know and we'll do our best to expedite your shipment.

REFUNDS & RETURNS: All of our items are 100% guaranteed. If you are in any way dissatisfied, simply return your item to us and we will refund your original payment, less shipping costs.
